- Communication: Fluent in English Communication, other 3rd language would be advantage

KEY RESPOSIBILITY
1. Maximizes occupancy and average rate at all time
2. Maintains a good relationship with travel agents, tour operators and potential business partnership
3. Coordinates with in-house Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure that there are a maximum number of rooms available for sales at a given time
4. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and service
5. Handles guest complaints professionally
6. Arranges for special services, ensure all concerned associates are well performing on their roles in delivering special occasion services
7. Be an Service Audit to ensures high standards of service at all time
8. Maintains good relationship with guests and assoicates
9. Reviews arrival list and pre-set the VIP guests with General Manager and Hotel Manager
10. Makes decisions regarding over-booking based on the hotel policies and standards in consultation with Director of Rooms & Guest Service
11. Observes and analyzes competitive hotels, always discuss with the General Manager
12. Prepares reports as required
13. Train new associates in his/her department and support participation of the training programs by work with HR to have an active and improving of associates skills, knowledge and attitude
14. Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Resident Manager
